Once a reservation is made a down payment of 20% of the total rental amount is required. If any arrangements have been booked, the required deposit is increased with 20% of the value of the chosen arrangement. The remaining 80% (inclusive 80% of any diving arrangement booked) will have to be paid on the day of arrival.
Cancellations received up to 1 month before the start of the rental period, acquire a penalty of 50%. You will receive half of your down payment back (minus 10% administration costs). There is no refund of the paid rent deposit possible when the rental period has begun or if the period stayed is shorter than the period booked.
